About Our Website.

Professionally-designed websites are expensive. The expenses borne by property management companies are passed on to their clients through the management fees that they charge. We decided that our clients have better things to do with their money than pay for our website, so we designed and coded it in-house. No charge.

Website information

When we decided to code our own website, we determined that it should not be "homemade" and must adhere to the current standards imposed by the World Wide Web Consortium ("W3C").

This website has been designed to be interoperable and accessible and should work with any modern browser. The site has been tested with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6, Netscape 6, and Mozilla Firefox 1.0.4. While we have made some attempt to make our style content available to older browsers (Internet Explorer 5.5), we have decided to make our code meet the more forward-looking W3C standards, and older browsers (notably Netscape 4.x) may not support the style content; the site's text content is still available to older browsers if the user does not enable style sheet content.

Please note that the styled content is best viewed with a screen resolution of 800x600 or better. The unstyled content is available in any resolution.

We have not included a site map in this site, as all of the internal pages are currently accessible through the navigation menu.
